We stayed in room 125. We were surprised the lighting over the sink was very dim but decided to just deal with it. The shower had minimal water pressure. A customer brought her dog to the breakfast area, filled a plate with eggs and sausage, cut it up and put it on the floor for the dog to eat. There were still parts of the eggs on the carpet when the customer left the area. There were several young children using the area and the staff person made no move to clean the floor. WIFI IS CRAP, WONT WORK. COMPLAINED TO THE GAL @ THE DESK, SHE SAID IT WAS WORKING, EVEN THOUGH SHE DIDN'T CHECK IT. HOUR LATER, COMPLAINED AGAIN, STILL NO HELP. YOU ADVERTISE WIFI, YET U DONT PROVIDE IT. SHAME.
Good location, fair price. No elevator. Decent hot continental breakfast. Room was clean and spacious, with a fireplace, desk and comfortable chair. Bed and pillows were soft for our liking. Pool and hot tub were large, good temperature, pretty clean, but the hot tub bubbles were not working. Overall a decent hotel with free coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours.
It's outdated a little but clean.
