This hotel needs to be remodeled. Our room (a suite) was dark and not inviting. One tv did not work, reported to front desk but nothing was ever done about it. Decent breakfast. Would NOT stay here again.

Over the past several years, we have stayed at this hotel and felt it was satisfactory. However, our four night stay in July, 2025 was totally unsatisfactory. The room was very humid, including the carpet, which actually felt wet. Although the desk manager tried to “fix it" and although we were offered a different room, the other room had the same problem, so we did not move. The manager was unable to fix the moisture problem. Location is decent, about 5 minutes from downtown, but this place is very run down. Our shower didn't drain & my husband had to stand in my shower water to take his shower. Everything is very outdated! No elevator for the 2nd floor, ice machines broken, visible hot cheetos from previous guests on the floor of our room. Hallways were dirty & unkept. I DO NOT recommend, even in a pinch.

The room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly as well. The only bad mark they get is that their common areas could stand to be spruced up, mostly the carpet needs to be replaced just dirty and worn and the street facing exterior could stand a new coat of paint. The bones are good, just need to be dressed up.
