I booked this hotel for my husband on two different nights while he was there working. The first night was great. The second night 8/16 the desk clerk working around 9pm was HORRIBLE. Not even a greeting when they walked in. They were met with nothing but attitude, like they were a bother. I understand people have things going on but we will never return to this hotel because of the horrible experience we had the second night.
Room was dirty. There was some sort of dirty puddle I had to clean up in the bathroom. Also didn’t appear any of the floors had been swept or vacuumed. There is a large gap at the bottom of the door to the room so you can see and hear people walking by. Not much parking available. WiFi was spotty.
CLEAN with wonderful AC. Staff were kind, professional, with quick check in & check out. Well priced for a quick overnight stop on the road.
The property was clean, but we were disappointed with our room. The shower ran hot and cold, so when turning down the temp to keep from being scaldled, then it would be too cold, back and forth. Our king size bed had such a huge indentation in it, had our 40# boxer laid in it, we could cover her and you'd never known she was there. There were a few stains on the sheets and towels, yuck. Lastly the air conditioner in the room was noisy.
First of all front desk needs a upgrade and she a Manger of this place telling me I can just stay some other place if I didn't like what just happened! Around noon cleaning lady was doing rooms upstairs I even opened the door to the room so I know what time she was doing room services ! But around 5 pm a man opened our room door we heard it open we both was asleep at the time but when confronted the lady at the front desk she told me I could stay somewhere else that's a given that will happen!
