The room was clean, the hotel a little tired in it's appearance. The absolute biggest issue with our stay was we had zero hot water! My daughter showers at night and I shower in the morning. Neither had hot water-not just lukewarm but zero hot. When we asked (nicely) at the front desk, the poor clerk almost started to cry. She said it's a known issue with the water heater and the owners won't fix it. She even had a stack of cards with their contact info on it, ready for complaining customers. Well maintained hotel with very friendly staff!
Nice hotel in Calumet. Not many options but the hotel is clean with friendly staff. The parking lot was a little sloppy with the unplowed, melting snow.
