Ice machine was not working for 2 days.
AmericInn Calumet Mi All Staff was kind and very professional Breakfast was good with different menu each day. Rooms were very clean. I highly recommend this hotel
Requested a ground level room when i called direct. got a second level hard for seniors to climb 21 stairs...bed seems smaller that a queen.
I was denied rooms and service.
