Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff were inattentive and hard to find, and the amenities were a joke—the “pool” was basically the size of a hot tub. For the price they charge, you’d expect much better. My room didn’t even have soap or shampoo, just two bottles of conditioner. The whole place felt neglected, from the cleanliness to the service. Overall, it’s not worth the money and I’d avoid staying here unless it was the absolute last option.
Upon arrival, I checked in. I was booked for three nights. Thursday Friday Saturday I had a change in business plans. Which I emailed them to see if they could accommodate my change for only two nights. They never got back to me until I had to check in and then I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and told him my change in plans and he assured me it was fine and he would only charged me for the two nights.
