Bulb was burnt out Drain plugged. Entire facility needs an upgrade. Safety door lock/latch broken.
The Manager Was Absolutely rude, made me feel like I was nothing. She was Just as cold as Jason Voorhees! I wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it, I wouldn't stay here if somebody paid me.They need to find a manger with a soul since you know she works with people
Don't count on sleeping on the pull-out bed in a suite--the mattress is thin and all you feel are springs. We had to book another room, so a major loss of money for us. I was told it was going to be comfortable--ha! They also did not replace the room's beeping, defective smoke detector the whole time I was there, after it woke me in the middle of the night. Lastly, if you care about food quality at all, the breakfast will not be for you.
