This hotel HAS BED BUGS we found out the following morning after seeing clues on our bedsheets I've been stuck with itchy bites for weeks now and we had to ditch some of our luggage and belongings to not risk bringing them with us They still charged us full price for the night we stayed which is the most upsetting part Clerk at the desk told me that it wasn't a big deal and that bed bugs were common. 180 bucks to get eaten alive and have a stressful morning the day of our plans is a rip off
Room was nice and clean. Great variety of choices for breakfast. Staff were personable and helpful. Great location off the highway in Bay City, MI. Decent pricing through Booking.com
It smelled like Indian food through the hotel, and room. The room was musty also. The toilet wouldn't flush, the jetted tub was black in the bottom. The staff was friendly. It was pet friendly ❤️🐕. The lobby was clean. They charged me $250 for this though 🫣🙄 Wow!!
I forgot we had stayed at this hotel before and swore we never would again. There’s no road sign or lights to see the hotel sign, making the road very difficult to find. Pillows were awful. Common areas, hallways, stairs were filthy. Breakfast had nothing (one muffin, 2 granola bars, miniature bowls for cereal, and no cups for juice). There were people drinking and partying in the parking lot all night. Worst of all, the AC didn’t work and the thermostat never budged one degree from the time we turned it on.
