Small rooms but clean and comfortable

Room was smaller than other AmericInns we have stayed at. Looked like the they bought the building and converted it. The refrigerator froze some cans and 1 exploded. Room otherwise was clean and comfortable. I think the TV had 40-50 channels available. Full-sized tub with a shower but small sink by the entrybdoor. Breakfast area looked good but small. However we did not eat there as we were there for business and breakfast was served there.

Room was clean. Building was loud. Biggest turn off was the amount of smoke thru out. Guests clearly smoking in rooms and billowing into the hallway, smoking just outside the main entry and filling check in area.

The hotel smells and the manager was rude. I still have the voicemail to take them to court. First time we stay there we to told them we have cats and they still allow us to stay there. Then when house keep clean they saw the cats and told the front desk and told us we have to live in half hour or our cats will go to the pound when we were gone. My family and I would never recommend staying at this hotel after experiencing a very stressful and traumatic experience today. We booked our reservation 3 months in advance through a 3rd party company for our daughter’s dance competition. To make sure our room was indeed reserved after hearing other nightmare stories we called the hotel the night before confirming we had a room under our name. They indeed confirmed we had a room.
