All the tangibles are on the decent-to-good side of average, or "meets expectations." However, the staff really makes this place shine. From the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, the staff were pleasant and accommodating above and beyond expectations. This seems to be a good place but giving on 3 stars because building was under renovation and it was a mess. Our room had broken lock and parking lot was full of debris. Looks like it will be beautiful and staff was great but alot of money for not getting all the amenities and full experience sorry.
Great experience. All the staff I had interactions with were kind & helpful. It was a very clean & spacious room, the bed truly was like sleeping on a cloud! Full blackout shades on the windows thankfully. Typical free breakfast spread. *Most of the restaurants in the immediate area have gone out of business, this lead to me having to purchase snacks upon check in as there wasn't anywhere to eat. Grateful for the microwave in the room!
Good breakfast! Nice pool. Rooms are decent size.
