Very friendly staff! The pool area is quite large but minimal seating if you’re not swimming. Rooms were clean and the suite was large and accommodating. The shower didn’t drain very well which I wasn’t a fan of, but no other complaints. Location of the hotel is right off the highway but there’s some major construction right now (no fault of the hotel) and doesn’t offer the easy on/off access I was hoping for. We came from Oklahoma to visit family and the location couldn't of been better! The staff were very friendly and helpful!
At first we were a little nervous when pulling up but was extremely impressed. They staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel itself was comfortable and safe. We would stay again.
Stunning how a hotel can charge this much and still forget BASIC human decency. Oh wow, no benches outside. Genius move. I guess comfort is only for people who never leave the building? God forbid someone steps outside for a smoke and expects to SIT DOWN for two minutes without squatting like a raccoon next to a bush. Ever heard of hospitality? No? Didn’t think so. Stayed here as a gift from my parents when my husband and I got married, the room was super nice although the water in the shower got everywhere the water pressure was crazy. Jacuzzi was amazing. Surprisingly had a ghostly experience here? I was sleeping but could see the entire room and could see myself awake.. I saw this little girl with long curly blonde hair and a white dress run at my husband and then I wake up and theres nothing there. Freaked me out for sure. But otherwise not a bad place to stay.
