I needed a place to stay due to a blizzard and made a reservation knowing I wouldn't make it home. My room was clean, spacious I believe my room was recently updated making a great night sleep. They are doing what seems like a large update to the entire property so there may be a little dust in the hallway but there is no reason not to stay here. If you are looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price this is a great place to check out.

Our experience was not a good experience. The room was disgusting. Also had a very strong cooking smell in the room and outside in the hall area . The hot tub didn’t work. The pool was too cold for my kids to even get in. We booked for two nights, but we ended up leaving that same night. It was just gross and the smell was unbearable. we couldn’t even get a refund for the second night!!! Smh

Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this AmericInn location, which I consider to be the worst I have experienced. My family and I typically choose to stay at AmericInn by Wyndham properties. In this instance, I booked a two-night stay due to a family emergency, as my mother was hospitalized in Neenah after suffering a cardiac arrest and remains unresponsive. There was blood on the bed sheets. Or make up. I didn’t even bring make up and when I simply asked for new sheets. Mind you it was thru multiple layers they threatened to charge and keep my $50 deposit!!!????! For what!!! If it was my bodily fluid or fault and I knew what it was I wouldn’t have asked for new shit. Total disappointment bc we came here vERY often!!!!! Under new management so I’m sure that’s the prob

Yes, the cosmetics of this hotel are dated, but if you’re looking for a comfortable stay, a big pool, a fitness center, breakfast, and friendly staff, this hotel has all of the amenities at a very affordable price. Also, it looks like they’re re-carpeting and replacing furniture, so it may be updated soon! I had an in-room, hot tub, and they have a guest laundry.
