I was looking for a hotel to stay at for my son's 14th birthday party. Nine people in the group, two rooms. Other hotels wanted more than I could afford and/or couldn't guarantee the rooms would be adjacent. One hotel could only guarantee that the rooms would be on the same floor. And to that I say, "Ha! Desk was rude in the morning as we where late so we where taking our breakfast with us. He was a jurk about it. Only took what my son ate and I got none because of it. Plus they did not have breakfast filled when it should have been running for a hour more. Was pretty happy with my stay till I was treated like that. Totally ruined our experience! I would have returned regularly otherwise now I will find a better place.

The manager or owner of this hotel should be ashamed of himself. I’ve never had such distain for understanding a customers situation. They could care less about customers and held a reservation hostage. Absolutely horrid man!!!
