checking in was so pleasant, the front deck was kind, helpful explain everything to us. The room was perfect. So beautiful and extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and extremely clean. Staff is friendly, kind, and extremely supportive. It was a wonderful stay. . .
The room was perfectly adequate, and service was pleasant. Notable points: Nice quite area with plenty of food and stores nearby. The entry area is meticulously cared for with a multitude of flowers. I really liked the message on the sign "welcome to the end of the day." After a 13 hour rough day of work, it gave me a sense of peace. They actually respect the do not disturb sign when you hang it, that's big to me, and I stopped tippping the staff because most places don't. Sad no hottub. Otherwise, was all we really needed in a hotel room. The room kinda smelled funny tho. Like the house keepers used a super cleaner to cover someone smoking or something
Extremely clean with Friendly Staff make this a first choice when visiting Alexandria Mn. Located just off the exit makes it easy to find. Breakfast is included with a variety of hot and cold food choices, coffee ,tea and juice. Recently remodeled beautiful rooms. Accessible rooms are amazing with bathrooms well designed for safety and comfort..
This isn't over hotel but the management and staff do a great job of keeping it clean and repairs up-to-date.
