stayed 4 nights because of "nonrefundable" reservation; hot breakfast available two mornings because of lack of help; room was serviced one time during our stay and that included emptying the trashes and leave two hand towels; we had to go get our needed linens; kids in the halls at night, which we finally asked them to go to their rooms; then adults in the hall at night visiting. Not a good experience.
