Very honest, courteous, professional, and responsive. I sent a photo of my granite countertop with the issue I wanted to fix. The owner sent me a message with a cheap DIY solution that I could get from Home Depot. His suggestion worked and I appreciate his courtesy. I will use this company when I need a new countertop or a repair.
Great experience from start to finish! Maddie was thorough is assessing the damage to my travertine floor, which had several large cracks and scores of holes. She took the time to give me a detailed explanation of the work that would needed to be performed in order to renovate it. She got the bid to me exactly when she said that she would. We are building our home but did not want to do the tile work so after looking at reviews and getting several bids, we opted to go with AZ Stone. Hiram was respectful of our property! He was always here when he said he would be and his work is impeccable!! We are thrilled with the final results!! He was a little more expensive than the other bids but I would hire him EVERY time!!!
