Worst title company I've worked with. We used this company as buyers, just because the seller requested. It's been almost six weeks after closing and we haven't gotten our recorded deed and title insurance. It's difficult to contact them, and when I have been able to reach them, I have found different versions. The closing agent said the paperwork was mailed on July 20, but then in the office they said it was mailed on the 28th, and then the agent said it was returned to them and they would send it via FedEx. Recently bought a house and ATC was professional and on point every step of the way. Maria Galetti was my point person and she was awesome. The sellers agent was a tool. We worked through that issue just fine. Yes, I would recommend America's Title Corp for your closing.
