The customer service has declined very significantly in this location, had an appointment for 11:45am and got there on time. I was greeted by Hugo. E He told me to sit down and wait for someone to assist me. I was sitting for more than 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all so I got up and told Manny at the front desk that I've been waiting for a long time and no one had come and help me even after the fact I had an appointment. I came into America’s Tire needing a simple patch done on my right rear tire, and the actual patch job itself was done perfectly. The employee who originally helped me was amazing, professional, and made the process easy. I truly appreciated how quickly the repair was completed and how smooth everything seemed at first. However, after leaving 1-2 days after, I noticed my speedometer/odometer was suddenly reading around 15–20 mph faster than the speed I was actually going. Good service,did what they said they would. Lots of customers, but the service writers took care of each customer, the took the time needed to take care of the customer, great training boss!! Was here again good service friendly staff.
Horrible customer service. I came in to get a flat tire repaired and was refused service! I was told I have to purchase two new tires instead by the serviceman at the front desk. I have been getting my tires from this company for over 10 years and have never been told this when having a flat tire repaired. I will never purchase tires or anything at this company again and will tell all my friends about this Horrible experience!
