Called them to say I had a flat at 3:25pm and was getting a tow to them and should arrive in 15 mins, they said great we will get you right in. Checked in about 3:45pm and they finally put me in the queue at 4:30pm and just updated me that it will be 6:12pm estimated completion time. This flat was repaired by another Americas tire yesterday and this was a patch failure. Just tell me there is a 2 hr wait when I call and I’ll go anywhere else! Dominic helped me after I got my tires nstalled from tirerack. the tpms sensor light turned on. they replaced both my right tpms sensors at cost, no labor charge sense the tire install was a few days prior. David also helped me. Great team!
