came here last week for tire rotations with an appointment. Was seen quickly and service done quickly. Explored the nearby shops in the meantime. came here again since there was a nail in my tire. came by an appointment again and it was fixed in less than an hr. did my work at the nearby cafe in the meantime. since i bought tires from this company in the past, both visits were free.
Got my tires replaced within an hour so I'm satisfied with my experience. Do get an appointment before coming in for anything as it does get busy from the looks of it. They also have chairs around the room if you choose to wait.
I just would like to shoutout Lupe at this store. From the time I arrived it was a smooth process to checked in. He explained the entire process and really makes you feel comfortable. Super cool dude awesome human being. I’ve been coming to this store since 90’s and the service does not disappoint.
Tom is a awesome dude and provided me with honest and professional customer service even with the fact that I didn't purchase my 4 new tires from them.
Great experience from the first encounter of adding air to my tire, finding a screw in it, ordering a new tire and having it replaced. Seamless and easy with friendly customer service!
