Lupe at America’s tire was phenomenal today. He is the definition of stellar customer experience. It was clear to see that he genuinely cared about getting me the best tires for my car and prioritizing safety and my driving style. He walked me through multiple options and helped me find the ideal tire. The shop was very quick at patching the hole in my tire, filling up my spare, putting the spare back in my car for me, and setting me up for an appointment to replace my car’s tires for a date that better fit my schedule.
