When they told me the tires would be installed in 30 minutes I said "Yeah Right!" Well guess what, it really was done in 30 minutes. This is amazing. A retailer actually doing what they said they would do. Will never buy tires anywhere else again. And to top it off, a $100 rebate. WOW! Thank you America's Tire and all the guys at City of Industry Store.

In 2010 I purchased four new tires from the America's tires in El Monte. It was such a hassle to get the tires rotated that I simply decided to pay my mechanic to do it. Then in 2014, I again purchased four new tires. This time from the Industry America's tires store. The experience was as different as day & night! Every employee I spoke to was helpful and courteous. In less than 30 minutes they rotated & checked pressure on my tires. I am greatly impressed with the customer service here.
