Ordered my tires and made an appointment on 9/7/17 for Tues 9/12/17 at 9:30. They called me same day to let me know they had got the tires in that I ordered and if I could come in to get them put on that same day. I wasn't able to go in that day so the guy set an appointment for me the very next day for 9:30 I got there at 9 and they seemed very busy when I walked in. To my surprise I was in and out before my 9:30 appt time. Very great friendly service, awesome customer service. An all around great experience.
I had an appt at 8:00am. When I arrived there they said I had to stand in line. However when they call next in line... ALL the gentlemen ahead of me said, she has an appt. That was awesome! They took me next. And was very quick at getting my car done. And everyone else behind me. Thank you to All 🙂
They always do a good job as fast as they can. I had to replace lug nuts once but i think that was due to the manufacture. Always on target with a tire if yours is not in stock. Usually a 1 day wait or a shop away. Always smiling and call you buy your name, I like that. Courtesy, a thing of the past that alot of people these days have no use of or choose not to use. Good job guys. I do most of my business in the Hesperia location and Moses and his peeps are always on target. Thankyou Hesperia American tires, Tom Young.
Employees are awesome, I've been buying America's Tires for 3 years now and never have a problem. They are quick, efficient and do a great job on mine and my husband's car. Thanks guys
