Speedy service nice people
Several bad experiences at this location this year. Brought in a tire to fix, waited over a week and finally went in to find it hadn't been worked on. Ordered a spare tire, took weeks, no communication. Brought in the trailer to get a flat fixed, still waiting while another trailer that came in after mine is now being worked on. Already over the estimated completion time here and they haven't even taken the tire off after they said "it's a slow day". Last time we waste our time at this location.
Will turn your business down if they can't upsale you on something. Any of the other 4 places in the 5 mile proximity a better choice.
Found a huge object embedded in my tire. Went online to discount tire, made a same day appointment using their brilliant and easy web scheduling application (always makes my IT heart happy). I Arrived at the Jefferson Avenue store and Brian greeted me immediately and checked me in with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. We got right in to replace a flat tire. The staff was helpful and friendly. And the afternoon after getting a flat tire we had a new tire put on.
