Call on Friday ask for a appointment for set of tire was told to come at 5 pm would put on no problem went jest before 5 was told if came back in at 2:15pm would get me in and out fast so did it that way went back at 2:00pm payed up front was still well over hour till they even told car in so the fast in and out still turned out to be over 2 hours and still was not the best price in town will not use again
This is the only place I buy tires! Manny was great! Professional and he explained all my options. Plus I got a rebate! Larry the manager always makes everyone feel welcomed and heard! Highly recommend Americas Tire in Indio!

Wont go anywhere else have been dealing with them since 2005 We have always had the best service they get me in and out. I recommend to all my friends get your tires here. I also like the fast tire check service they have you drive up no waiting they check all 4 tires and if something is wrong like today I have a nail in my back tire and they fix it and Im back on the road again. Unfortunately,.... I placed a special oder for a set of tires a few weeks ago with Americas Tire unfortunately the store never called nor contacted me letting know my tires had came in, when I walked in to the Store looking/asking about my tire order I came to find out they had just sold my tires to one of their buddies, this truly is unethical behavior of the store manager knowingly reselling a special order of tires I had placed. I truly would like this to be escalated to corprate executive level can any one help me?
