Erick is the best
Jesse was awesome! Called ahead to see if they can inspect my tire as the PSI kept fluctuating. I was worried and Jesse reassured me with his expertise. He was friendly over the phone as well as in person. I ended up going to get some food and shortly after, I get a text that my car was ready. I had a nail in the tire! A quick and stury patch was placed in the tire and reinflated. I asked how much Jesse said no charge. I didn't know that. Will go again for sure if needed! Thank you, Jesse

America's Tire is customer focused. Management is promoting what most customers want. Every visit I leave America's Tire fully satisfied. Good job management, you are well above local competitors. Erick has a great reputation with customers, I spoke to a woman in line who asked for Erick and I was impressed that I am not the only one who values Erick's customer service, others should learn to put customers first.
