I just wanted to say thank you very much to a very knowledgeable person in the the tire industry . Ramiro was very helpful in selecting the proper tire for my Toyota. He also pointed out to me that a large amount of my lug nuts had been stripped by whoever worked on my tires last. He was able to replace all of my lug nuts to look original from the factory. I would not recommend this place for anyone...took in my car to have my front tires replaced , later I found out that my lug nuts on the left front and back were not torqued and were loose as I went down the road there was a thump thump thump ! Thought it was a bearing that was going out and auto repair place said it was only the lug nuts ! Luckily nothing else was damaged because of there laziness to check if things were safe !

2-25-11 bought 5 tires for our truck, changed order to 4 tires keeping my old spare. Emanuel put 4 tires on truck, said he would change receipt to deduct spare. Two months later I call to check credit card and no refund. Manager, David, says he cannot fix unless I come into store which I plan to do. It should not have taken two months and a trip back to the store to post the credit to my credit card. They should have refunded money back to my credit card on 2-25-11.
