Came in recently and bought two tires I needed before they fell apart. The customer service was great but there must have been something wrong with the installation. My car now drifts to the left very bad, and just 3 days later a tire that was rotated is now flat and unable to hold air. Now I need another tire and have to spend more money after I was spent on my way. Bro also couldn't get my phone number down right for some reason. 3 stars cause this is the first time I've ever had issues with this establishment.
Waited over an hour waiting for assistance. All three workers stood around not wanting to help. Kept talking on their phones to help random callers and ignoring customers in front of them in person. Lazy and slow workers. They had no intention of helping until another customer got out of her car to come complain that there was a whole line of people waiting. Workers suddenly got scared and finally came. But didnt want to help for over an hour
Very friendly and respectful staff! Work was done fast while I waited. I was very impressed. The staff seem very happy to work here.
