Unacceptable service, zero communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers time. My experience with them has always been great, even buying tires from them, up until tuesday (9/1/2026) afternoon. I got a nail in my tire, as a lot of people did which I understand is uncontrollable. But, I waited 6 hours just for them to tell me my tire was unfixable and needed to be replaced. There is a reason I've been using America's Tire Company since 2001. Today Andrew gave me an amazing reminder of how customer service is a core value at America's Tire Company. Friendly, fast, and always making sure they take care of the customer. Thank you Andrew, I will always trust my cars to this company.
Why do you prioritize calls more than customers who are actually in the store. This is super frustrating when I stand here for over 20 minutes and I was here before the phone rang! This is pretty stupid and bad customer service
