Incredible service and efficiency. Fixed a screwed in a tire for free.
Store was clean, staff was professional, my tires were replaced quickly. Only 2 issues I made my appointment online, I picked my time, 530, which the website lets you pick. I received a phone call from America's tire, the guy I talked to on the phone was practically lecturing me about the time saying it was really close to their closing time. Extremely disappointed with the dishonest service here. May 19, I paid $25 to have a tire mounted. After waiting 30 minutes, I was handed a tire with a torn sidewall. The staff immediately deflected blame, claiming the damage was pre-existing. Here is the issue: If the tire was truly damaged before they touched it, they never should have started working on it because a ripped sidewall is a major safety hazard.
