Damien’s customer service is outstanding. He’s very social and goes out of his way to make people happy. Lifelong customer here
Went to this location to get a new tire, one of their associates crashed our 4x4 into another vehicle. We’ve tried calling their insurance department to get our new car fixed, for 2 weeks, we leave messages and they go ignored. When we finally got in touch with a person she was rude and condescending on the phone. She said “These things take time, and we have to wait”. Buyer beware do not do business with these people.
Damian M is a great guy and a great salesman. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal on a new set of tires when I was shopping around. Service was very fast and all the staff were all great to talk to while I waited. America's tire has always done a great job and always has great deals.

Called 6 times today to get a quote. Nobody picked up the phone. Just rang forever. Moved on.
