Joshua helped my mom out with replacing her tires and provided excellent service. We noticed she had a nail in her tire as we were leaving for Temecula and didn't have a lot of time before we had to be there. Joshua was efficient and went over all options to get us on our way as soon as possible. It ended up being even less time than he said, and my mom was very happy!
Fernando over at America's Tire provided amazing customer service from start to finish. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me navigate a pretty big purchase. As a multiple repeat customer,not receiving a receipt or warranty paperwork was a first.The pricing seemed excessive and the cost for the tire warranty also excessive.Will shop other stores in the future.Sad as never had this experience at this store before.
