I don’t hand out 5-star reviews very often, but these guys absolutely earned this one! I recently needed a 4-wheel alignment on my 1986 Honda Accord, and finding a shop willing to work on an older vehicle these days can be a challenge. Had 930 appointment, didn't start job til 1030. When asked why of the salesman regarding why such a delay, he stated the system overbooks. No apology or concession offered. Probably won't go back.
Jose in the Paso Robles store was professional, courteous and kind. He and the crew were able to get me back in the road in half the time quoted in store. Great team!
