Dropped by first thing Saturday morning to get air checked in my truck and horse trailer. Robert (new manager) immediately came out to help even though he was not even "officially" working. Great service! Welcome to Paso Robert!
Bought 1 tire to mount on a loose wheel. After an hour I was told it would be 2 more hours. I said no, I want to void the transaction. The incompetant manager fumbled with the computer for 12 minutes attempting to only partially refund my money. I will have to file a fraud claim with card issuer now, as no refund was recieved. Then it took multiple requests to return my lost wheel and at least 6 minutes for it to be found and in my hand. Be warned the paso robles america tire is managed by unqualified people!
