i sat un 120 degree weather in my car 5 minutes before anyone talked to me waiting for air. employees walked in and out of the shop but didn't bother to ask what i needed. air duh . I've never waited at any America's tire that long before.

I bought a set of tires from them for my other car last year and they were fabulous! And today I picked up a nail in a tire I didn’t even buy from them for my other car and fixed it. They didn’t charge me. Talk about delighting the customer!

After waiting in line for nearly an hour in line and being totally ignored by Sergio the counter person he forced me to come back 3 hours later and all I wanted was to have the air checked in one of the tires. Should have been a 5 min job but took hours of my time. Sergio is a very rude and unhappy person and has no business representing your company as a front check in guy. What a sad joke of an operation he is running at your store. After buying many tires from you I expect to be treated much better as a returning customer... read more
