Found a set of tires with the help of staff in 5 min. The employees were all very professional and curtious. My daughter and I waited about 20 min. Fast, friendly and professional.
Wow great service team here. Totally taking care of the nails in my tire Free of charge. I totally expected to pay them a few bucks .....great service and Team , all my associates at Home Depot swear by them!! Thank you America’s Tire!!!!
Went in to get a flat repaired. Everyone was very courteous, and friendly.
I had a tire rotation and air check and they said it will take about 45 mins. So, I set my timer to see if they will finish on time and they do. High five guys✋️
I had a screw in my tire and brought it in. Service writer was professional and they fixed it in a timely manner. They didn't charge me anything to fix it. I know that service departments will do this to make us happy and to get our future business. I am totally happy with all there help and recommend them to anyone who needs service done
I visited the Chino America's Tire on THURSDAY 6/15/17 and I want to share my experience. The customer service here was on point! Super friendly were both the person who checked me in and the technician who rotated my tires. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
I have been coming to America's Tire off Central for quite a while. I've purchased 2 sets of tires now from them and I couldn't be happier. YESTERDAY I went in for a tire rotation...John helped me out. I was in and out of there in 12 minutes! 12 MINUTES! THAT'S FAST SERVICE!!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I'll keep going here no matter what and I refer people to them! =) Thanks Guys! =)
