Saved me money by prorating the old tires
RecommendedDion was friendly, quick, and knowledgable. And his time estimate for my wait was very accurate! The Brookfields restaurant nearby is convenient if you want a quick bite while you wait. 👍
Called Saturday morning and they had my tires in stock. They even swapped out the spare since it was very old to one that was being changed out. Great service as always! Thanks guys!
I had a skid plate dragging creating a horrible noise and was trying to get to appointment so I stopped in and the kind men took care of it right away and I wasn’t even late. Thank you for service above and beyond!
They are an amazing group of guys! America’s Tires is really good at filtering out potential assholes as employees because whether you are in Stockton or LA or South Sac or Rancho Cardova the customer service is always on point! These guys always go out of there way to make sure you receive the best service with a smile!! Yesterday I had to go to the Rancho location, and Fransisco & the guys handled my situation like professional experts!
2 hour wait for tire rotation. This used to be a great store, management has changed and some of the folks that work there are not are customer driven as before. Some are still great, depends on the day of the week you go in, yesterday was terrible! I’ve recently put tires on my CRV, Pathfinder and Dodge Ram. I will probably not use them going forward. Got me in to fix my tire even though they are booked solid. Always super nice and pleasant and professional!!
Waited Way too long to to get a tire fixed three hours just to get a screw out of my tire wasn't a happy visit
