I’m actually bummed to post this because I’ve praised the customer service and value in the past. However my last 2 experiences here have gotten worse. Last time i didn’t have an appointment and it was busy, i had to wait till they were about to close… but this time i made the appointment, 1-2 cars went thru the bays in 1:15 minutes and i arrived 30 minutes before my time, waited 1:15 minutes and saw a walk in get taken before me. Called after finding tires on website and Steven answered my call. Decided to go in and Steven handled my tire purchase. 4 New Tires of the Brand and Style I wanted, only had the New Version of the Same Tire, so Steven worked with me to get a good price and delivered my vehicle to me in the time promised! Helpful staff, good prices
Terrible system and a complete waste of time. Avoid David and this unprofessional shop. I placed a pre-paid order and scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a set of tires. I waited a whole week and drove all the way to the shop for my 4 PM appointment, only to be told that the tire model was discontinued and they had no stock. To make matters worse, they didn't even have any alternative tires available in stock and told me I had to wait for another order.
