I've been going to this particular tire shop for years now because as a small, now middle-aged white lady, I have always felt safe here. No pressure, no being talked down to. They explain everything so clearly & there's a sense they genuinely care. I also like that you can watch the work in the bay from the waiting area. It's like a live action How Its Made episode. Highly recommend this store. Thank you James & team!

America’s Tire is like a scene from Back to the Future. In the best possible way. Friendly helpful service without high-pressure sales. My 15 year-old Civic is barely worth the cost of insurance and license plates, but Michael and the crew took good complimentary care of me. They fixed a slow leak with a full free inspection of the tires and sensors and balancing. They replaced my windshield wipers at my request and at a fair price. I had a horrible experience here, they swapped out the wrong tire after i spoke to like 4 representatives (if they didnt know or were unware which tire they could have asked i was in the area), failed to up sale me an extra tire after i only went for one, they made my appointment for 4pm when we agreed at 10:30am the day before, they also failed to at least talk to me about tire prices when i was told that they had cheaper options and the cherry on top they lost my keys for 10 minutes after another customer next to mine had ... read more

I have to come here because my job uses them for their fleet and every single time I come it’s the same thing. I walk in, no one greets you, everyone at the front desk has their heads down, and they don’t even have a customer in front of them. It makes a huge difference having an employee ensure you that you’ll be helped rather than a customer flagging an employee down when you have 5 employees in front of you on their monitors. Ultimately, I just had to leave after 5 minutes waiting in line with no employee contact.
