Awesome service received! Came in for a flat repair and Michael helped verify I still had warranty coverage, and I had purchased my tires in Texas! Drop off was super easy as well as pickup. I’ll be coming back here for future needs 🤙🏾

This company and especially this store is consistently exceptional. From Zachary who set me up, same day, with the four tires I desperately needed, to James who helped me in-store (especially when the journey tracker projected a completion time three hours beyond actual), and the professionals in the service bay (I do not know his name, but he came out to tell me he was staring on my car and would be done in 15, which is exactly how long it took—amazing) who are all cool, kind, and very very hardworking. I’ve been a loyal American Tire customer for at least 10 years, which makes today’s experience especially disappointing. This morning I discovered a flat tire with a very small pin-hole puncture. I knew American Tire offers free flat tire repairs, and although I hesitated (because “free” often comes with strings attached), this location was close to me, so I decided to go for convenience.
