I’ve given America’s Tires more than enough chances, but the experience never improves. The wait times are excessive, even for something as simple as a single tire replacement. The staff is often rude and unhelpful, and the manager in particular has shown unprofessional behavior with concerning undertones in how different customers are treated. Don’t trust appointment times. Block out a big part of your day - they don’t prioritize appointments, they just take people as they come.
