Only complaint I have is that my password for the gate did not work
Agent was professional, and kind. Detailed and respectful.
We drove to numerous storage locations and this was our last stop. Price was reasonable and a unit was available. We needed to go back couple days later and got a larger unit. Crystal was very helpful both times, UPDATE UPDATE 12/16/24 Why are open/ close hours NOT correct?- very misleading.Not good customer service. I went today at 4:45 pm and office was closed when hours printed on door says close at 5:30 pm. I have gone in the mornings after opening hour and office was closed.
