Friendly Staff, Simple Application, Reasonable Pricing
Pretty good place, it’s hard when it’s not a local company, but having the locked gate is nice and there is someone on site that can help with some things, but you usually have to contact customer service
This was my first and last time dealing with this company. My experience was extremely disappointing and I strongly advise others to stay away. When I first rented a unit in August, I was told the smaller size I needed was unavailable. The agent offered me a larger unit with a “special discount” of $85/month, and I agreed. The first month I was correctly charged $85, but the very next month they suddenly charged me $189 without my consent. Valley Storage was extremely helpful for storing my belongings during my move out! The move in and move out were both easy and seamless.
Everything went just fine. When we had some small issues with our first time entering - the staff was responsive and helpful. Ending our lease was also quite easy. Thanks for a great experience.
