I worked great with the onsite manager (when they had one) to quickly get the exact storage unit I needed. I never had to deal with needing to get to my unit during hours they weren't open (but I did think it was weird that there were gate hours when everything was automated anyways). I LOVED the small units -- I had a 4x4 and it was absolutely perfect for my needs!
I had a horrible experience here. I booked and paid for my unit weeks in advance and upon arrival there was a keyed lock on it and nobody on site to assist. I sat on customer service calls all day waiting to hear someone was going to come remove the lock and never had any assistance. We were told someone would contact us in 24-48 hours (never heard back) and we had to be out of town the next day.
