These guys are great. They came out the same day I submitted my request through my home warranty company, which was even sooner than the warranty company offered and on Labor day. They identified that the issue was the capacitor and replaced it, all within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Jason and this company.

They suck they did not do a detailed examination as to why my ac is not working. Plus they lied to the home owner insurance as to y it failed. They told me that they needed to get the compressor but needed owner approval first and then they told one guard a whole different story than they told me, they told one guard that it was my fault due to lack of maintenance. Jason at America's Pride is phenomenal. He is professional, highly skilled and someone we trust completely. He and his assistant just replaced an air handler yesterday (all while navigating around the rain exceptionally well) and we know it was done correctly. I have One Guard Home Warranty, never had issues with them. This time they dispatched Americas Pride Cooling and Heating LLC and this company, like WOW, they understood not having AC in the Arizona heat and came out within hours of reaching out to them.
