Received the apartment in subpar conditions. Once we left we left it cleaner than we had received it. But they still took all of our down payment and charged us for over $800 “48 hours” of cleaning fee? We tried to contact them various times to be ignored as we were low income and moving so it was way too much. Now they send a collection agency after us. Shameful
