Professional, friendly. Both more flexible and less expensive than the other quote we got. Would definitely use them again
Predatory company. Every department will pass the blame onto another. Driver arrived 5 hours after the pickup window. Then stated that the move would cost 50% more than originally quoted. Do not use this company. They show up late and then slap you with additional costs knowing people have move out and move in dates to meet.
Awful business.
Absolute scam!! RUNNNNN. Quote one thing, show up 5 hours after pickup window closes and then double the quote claiming. Claiming invoice was wrong, estimate by lbs instead of feet, as if it’s my fault they don’t know how to quote the job. Now refusing deposit. Absolutely NO extra items were given. Positively horrible experience. Booked them to move a smaller shipment from AZ to IL. Booking process went fine - Danny H was my salesperson and was very good to work with. However, first pickup window was a Friday from 9am - 12pm. No one called or showed up - I spent the next three hours calling customer service to inquire what was going on.
