They will keep your stuff for up to 30 days and after that and after you had paid them after the 30 days then just then you can put in a claim for late delivery... This moving company robbed me. First, I was charged $300 extra after they quoted me. Then, I was charged $400 extra again during delivery. The truck driver said that it is policy to pay the fees before delivery, or else he could not deliver my things. I paid knowing that I was robbed. Then, a few of my things went missing during delivery. The movers took my Apple PC and a few other memorable things. I was devastated. I felt violated.
