XFIRM mattress did not last even 2 years- paid $99 for someone to come out and measure the indentation- they measured everything except the area of concern with folded duct tape ( with measurements) and a white string with weights ( string not visible as they did not have enough sense to make it a different color) no resolution yet but all seems off- I will update once resolved - I have contacted the main Wearhouse about how this was handled. Big Disappointment! Purchased a Stearns and Foster and the bed sinks and you can’t move around. Tried to get replaced on warranty and they charged $99 to inspect just to tell you to pound sand. Beware of America’s Mattress and some guy named Jeff. Stay away from Stearns and Foster who doesn’t stand behind their products. Both untrustworthy!

Ron Ferguson was wonderful! He got us in the right mattress for the right price. I tried the Internet mattress thing and it just ended up being a waste of time. Go see Ron, he'll take care of you
