Haden Johnson greeted us as we walked in. We bought our twin XL a few years back. We loved the comfort of the mattress. So we walking in to window shop. We walked out with a queen mattress and a adjustable bed frame. He treated us like family. We cant say enough nice things. He was an absolute delight. We highly recommend America's Mattress.
Haiden was such an amazing salesman, professional and friendly. He took time to explain all aspects of the mattresses, pillows, mattress cover/protector, sheets. He was helpful in staying with in my budge, making a good better best option which was very helpfu. Thank you Haiden for a great experience. Delivery team was also very professional and friendly, made sure the product was explained well.
The customer service we received was outstanding.Haiden took the time to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs and even provided excellent alternatives that fit within our budget. What truly set the experience apart is that he is bilingual, which made the process much more comfortable and enjoyable for my husband, who speaks Spanish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a new mattress.
Anastasia Garcia helped me determine which mattress and adjustable frame combination was best for my individual body type and sleep patterns. She was patiently educational and informative while at the same time bringing to my attention the scientific advantages of the newer technologies available to consumers. She answered all my questions and made the entire process enjoyable. Buying a new mattress is an important purchase and not something folks do every day. Go see her for an affordable and pleasant experience.
A few weeks ago we went to American Mattress in a panic because we found mold on the underside of our mattress caused by a Chillpad we use. Tucker and Brian were awesome to work with because not only did they help us find a great mattress, but they were able to get it delivered to us that same day (which was even a Saturday too).
