Great experience purchasing a mattress and base, thank you Hayden!
Haiden and Matthew are great to work with! Matthew cares that you are satisfied with your purchase and called to make sure we were happy. After explaining that I was not comfortable on the mattress we purchased he suggested we try other mattresses. When arriving at the store Haiden took great care of us and we chose another mattress to exchange with. Thank you Americas Mattress! You have a customer for life!
Took great care to explain all options and they took time to show us everything. A real pleasure
I had a warranty issue that I was dreading. This store took care of it with the utmost urgency and professionalism. I will not go anywhere else for our mattress needs. We dealt with three people and the communication all the way around was in tact. They were honest, fair, and kind to work with. They set the standard for gold customer service! Thank you to each of you! It is a good sign when the same staff are at the location for over 8 years.
