After communicating with their salesman, Tyler who is very knowledgeable on the subject matter for all aspects of the building process and features offered. AHP has been extremely professional in helping us to start the building of our new home. I can’t say enough about Chandler, Cody, & Ms Diane. They have answered crazy questions , to listening to me almost in tears with fear and worry but they are very understanding, caring and compassionate people to deal with on building a home. 7/30/2020 Just look up "Americas Home Place Movie - My true story!" on Youtube.com and also look up "pissedconsumer reviews spectrum" and enter in "America's Home Place". Take the time to scroll down and read some of the reviews. It's truly an eye opener. My advise is to find a good "local" contractor whose name and reputation means something to them.
Cant say enough good things about the Entire staff at AHP Hattiesburg Ms. They will go outta their way to do the job including answering questions before ,during,and after the whole process Call them ask for yourself . Mark Carden
We were blown away by the kindness shown to us here at Sherwood Christian Academy today!! Our Albany America's Home Place brought Chick-fil-a lunches to every staff member in appreciation for what our school brings to this community. Thank you all so much! AHP has done an awesome job on our new home. The staff was very professional and helped us throughout the entire process to build and close on our lovely new home. We are very satisfied with the services they provided. We would like to personally say Thank you to Chandler, Cody, Jerry , Wayne , Paul Brown & the entire AHP staff for a smooth building process. Once we decided that we wanted to retire on a few acres of land instead of remaining the subdivision we were living in I began the search for a farmhouse plan with porches and no stairs. America's Home Place in Oxford, AL had the perfect plan and the process was fairly easy and stress free, I had a picture in mind of how I wanted the home to look and all of the finishes/styles I wanted were available at the planning meeting.
