Outstanding company to work with! After building 8 homes and with using different builders in two states and six cities, America's Homeplace is by far the best. We build a custom home this time, and they were a dream to work with, from the quality of the construction materials, to the sub-contractors, to the personnel employed by America's Homeplace, we just couldn't have had a better experience. Due Diligence. Tyler is not longer there. Matt took his place and was not properly trained and lasted only a couple of months. Apparently he was sending out improper home quotes and either got fired or walked off the job. AHP CANCELED the home contract on US (after11 months) due to THEIR screwups, improper quotes and oversights. Josh (replaced Matt) had the audacity to send us a bill for things like (2) doors ($4000) that (he) preordered, commission,(for who and what?) flagging tape! ($50)? After communicating with their salesman, Tyler who is very knowledgeable on the subject matter for all aspects of the building process and features offered.
