Jared is so great to work with! I am so excited to be working with America's Home Place. Good communication and great customer service!
The build process was easy and we do have a decent home. However, make sure to note EVERYTHING out of order before signing off. Do not trust them as they will leave you with any defects even though they are clearly construction flaws from rushed sloppy work. Warped floor boards, improperly installed outdoor outlets, paint slopped everywhere, trash left everywhere, atrocious drywall mud, etc. They can’t even install a straight switch cover. If I could do it over, I would go elsewhere.
