The build process was easy and we do have a decent home. However, make sure to note EVERYTHING out of order before signing off. Do not trust them as they will leave you with any defects even though they are clearly construction flaws from rushed sloppy work. Warped floor boards, improperly installed outdoor outlets, paint slopped everywhere, trash left everywhere, atrocious drywall mud, etc. They can’t even install a straight switch cover. If I could do it over, I would go elsewhere.

We had snow and this is what happened we had leaks one through the front part of the roof leaking all the way through the garage leaving damaged wall also the back porch leaking inside of the house causing damage as well you can see how they left that part of the roof unfinished just some paper to cover it
