Jeremy and team are great! We lost our home in a fire in December 2024, and America's Home Place helped us design and build a beautiful new place on the same land. The home turned out beautifully and came in $20k+ under budget.
I went to the meet the lender at AHP to see if building a house would be possible for me. Learning it is and talking to Lauren has made this process incredible. Poor Lauren has heard me talk her ear off and was very very patient. starting the building process and she has been very hands on and organized everything. i love AHP and Lauren and would 100% recommend anyone to go there to build a house from the ground up
The Customer Service was outstanding… Mrs. Lauren Bailey was exceptional in all areas… She knew her job knowledge well… And to add she is so friendly and hilarious making her customers wanting to be served by her.
My husband and I had a meeting with Lauren to discuss our housing options and she was the absolute BEST. She makes the whole process fun and less stressful. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and she doesn’t sugar coat expenses and upgrades, which I found very refreshing. Ultimately there was not a floor plan that met our needs, but I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new house at a reasonable price you go and see Lauren.
Lauren with America’s Home Place was great to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. She made the whole process smooth and easy, and you can tell she truly cares about helping her customers. I highly recommend working with Lauren if you’re considering building with America’s Home Place.
