We had an AMAZING experience! Our project manager, Jonathan, was on top of everything. He always responded promptly when contacted with questions and was always very thorough. The rest of the staff were great as well! Everyone was so helpful. Our house turned out great and they did just what we wanted! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to build a home. I do not recommend Blairesville, Georgia, America's Home Place for building a home. The builder was horrible with the framing, the roof, the deck, and the flooring. They are awful to work with and they strap you with poor quality finishes. The roof had to be repaired 5 times and there still was a leak. The deck had to be completely rebuilt as it was not structurally sound. The siding was not installed properly. I just have to share that this has been by far the best experience we have had with a home builder! They are building are dream home and did everything they could to keep it in are budget. They are knowledgeable and very professional. If you get a chance go sit down with Manuela she is amazing! My project manager is knowledgeable and very understanding! Thank Jordan and Manuela !
