This team is top notch! They go above and beyond in the customer service department. Christine, the drafting team, Carrie with color selection, and all the others were so patient with us and our multiple floor plan changes, color selections, and getting all of our documents ready for build. After a few meetings at their office (where they baked cookies fresh for us every time) we are officially under contract due to them! This post will be updated following the build.
The professional team at America’s Home Place in Gainesville was supportive, creative, compassionate, diligent, communicative, and successful in building 2 homes for us! They had a huge uphill battle to slog through deep red tape from the county we live in as well as the wettest spring in recent memory for Georgia. We greatly appreciate their guiding us to the finish line by the deadline we had requested, despite so many obstacles to overcome.
