We hired this builder for a custom home project, and what stood out was their patience during planning. They didn’t rush us into finalizing the design and allowed multiple revisions. During construction, they followed the agreed plan closely and kept us informed at each stage. There were a few delays due to weather conditions, but communication remained clear. The final house matches our expectations, and the finishing quality shows attention to detail. It feels like a well-planned and durable home.
The absolute WORST home builder. You’re better off burning your money on fire it will be quicker and less painful. The staff in the office, project managers, warranty manager, the general managers that had to get involved in our terrible build Joe and Tracy Boner are all liars and incompetent as well as the workers they hire. I met Cooper Anderson, Project Manager for America's Home Place, at a First Phase inspection this morning in Laurens County. Cooper is obviously well beyond his years in competence, experience and knowledge in the home-building industry. Today's was the cleanest First Phase inspection report I have written in 29 years. Quite well done, Cooper!
This home builder at least the one in Huntsville, AL is terrible they did a crappy job and left stuff not completed when we were told to move in. Now a year and half later we have called emailed everything and no one ever shows up to finish or repair what they broke. I’m beyond mad. We paid almost $600,000 for just our house and this is what we get. They told us at 1 year mark they would come out and fix settling issues well here we are still waiting on that too.
