What a great company. Super helpful people. Lots of plans and prices to choose from. The standard house is amazing. Lots of standard upgrades, granite, nine foot ceilings, wood cabinets, etc.
Met with there team this morning They are very flexible and standard pricing on any changes. No sign change fees which was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to moving forward with Americas Home Place.
I recently stopped by the America’s Home Place office, and I was so impressed with how welcoming and professional everyone was! Lynn greeted me right away and made me feel completely at home. Alex and Jackson took the time to answer all my questions and explain the building process clearly. Lynn was so friendly and helpful with design ideas.
