One of the main reasons we decided to go with this builder is because their standard features are offered as upgrades with other builders. They offered 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, soft close cabinets and 6 inch baseboards. We spent 3 years looking at all options to build including manufactured and tiny houses. We were looking for the convenience of a builder that could handle all the site development and have a turn key house. We love our customized Ashely A in Williston.

What a great company. Super helpful people. Lots of plans and prices to choose from. The standard house is amazing. Lots of standard upgrades, granite, nine foot ceilings, wood cabinets, etc.
