We have been very happy with the process so far. As first time homeowners/builders, America's Home Place has made the process easy, providing ongoing guidance along the way. We are about to break ground and I am super excited to see the outcome!
My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Americas Home Place. From the very first meeting to the last meeting they treated us like family. They worked hard for us behind the scene to make sure we got the home of our dreams.

Several complaints with the process. My salesperson and project manager both left the company after we signed the paperwork and made a deposit. The site prep cost double the quoted price without warning. The quality of construction is just ok. We could have done much better going a different direction. Some of my warranty requests were blown off as being “normal”.
