Several complaints with the process. My salesperson and project manager both left the company after we signed the paperwork and made a deposit. The site prep cost double the quoted price without warning. The quality of construction is just ok. We could have done much better going a different direction. Some of my warranty requests were blown off as being “normal”.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Denise, Michael, Wayne, Jacari and Latonya are a pleasure to work with and made the home planning experience enjoyable and easy. As a real estate professional myself and having worked with many builders over the years, I can attest that these folks are true professionals and just darn good people who really care. They understood our vision and worked with our budget to attain our dream home goals. We look forward to starting the building process. Mary & Ron
