Update: I ended up moving forward with a house build from America's Home Place. So far the whole process has been great and the home is moving along nicely. The quality of work from their subs seem to be really good. I'm very excited about this process and working with them. When I originally reached out to AHP Bowling Green the office was temporarily closed and going through some changes.
