Absolute pleasure to do business with! They are so kind and helpful! They are also extremely knowledgeable in their field. The quality of the homes is fantastic! When you consider all of the subdivision going up by companies like DSLD and D.R Horton, those are copy and paste speed run homes. Really bad quality over all and cheaply done. We had a great experience with America home place!!!!. Our project manager Kyle went above and beyond for us. Kyle contacted us to let us know what they were doing each day. Dana and I started the process in September 2024, they started building in November. Our house was completed on March 24th. We told all of our family and friends that this is the place to build your home with, we had the Jillian B plan. Thank you Kyle and America home place for a beautiful home!!! We are so thankful and blessed 🥰🥰
We’re still in the beginning stages of building our home, but so far our experience with this construction company has been great. The initial process and paperwork have been smooth, organized, and clearly explained, which has made a big difference for us. They offer so many house plan and finish options, and you can customize the plans to suit your needs/wants! Mrs. Diane is the greatest; so genuinely kind and helpful! She helped with finding land and a lender! Loved everything about my experience with America's Home Place in Baton Rouge!
