7/30/2020 Just look up "Americas Home Place Movie - My true story!" on Youtube.com and also look up "pissedconsumer reviews spectrum" and enter in "America's Home Place". Take the time to scroll down and read some of the reviews. It's truly an eye opener. My advise is to find a good "local" contractor whose name and reputation means something to them.
I suspect this information will offer little consolation to you, but please know that Liz and I have devoted something more than 200 hours collectively working with AHP plans in our desire to build on one of our two Lake Greenwood lots. Beth Martin has been extremely helpful and good natured all along the way.
